General terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all online bookings made with our establishment.
The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions. No reservation is possible without the customer's agreement to these terms and conditions. Customers have the option of saving and printing these terms and conditions.
Offers
All our advertisements, web pages and offers are drawn up in good faith and on the basis of the information available. Maps, photos and illustrations are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding. They may be subject to change before the booking is finalised. The customer authorises us to correct any obvious material errors in the information we provide.
PPrices
The prices shown at the time of booking are the price of the stay including charges (water, electricity and heating).
Excessive and abnormal consumption (e.g. recharging an electric car) may be subject to a supplement. If you recharge your electric vehicle without requesting it, we will charge a supplement of €25 per recharge.
If the gîte is not left in good condition (mess, rubbish not sorted, dishes not put away, etc.), a supplement may be requested.
The deposit must be paid by credit card or bank transfer (see deposit).
Tourist tax of €3 per person per day to be paid on Host&Co
Bed linen and bath towels are compulsory at a fixed price of €150!
The customer authorises us to correct any errors in prices.
Booking
The customer chooses the services presented on our various online channels. They acknowledge that they are aware of the nature, destination and booking conditions of the services available and that they have requested and obtained the necessary and/or additional information in order to make their booking with full knowledge of the facts. The customer is solely responsible for his or her choice of services and their suitability for his or her needs, and we cannot be held liable in this respect. The booking is deemed to have been accepted by the customer at the end of the booking process.
Booking process
Reservations made by the customer are confirmed by means of a rental contract or a confirmation voucher (depending on the sales platform used). The booking is deemed to have been made on receipt of the booking confirmation. Prior to any booking, the customer undertakes to complete all the information required for the booking. The customer attests to the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided. Once the final choice of services to be booked has been made, the booking procedure comprises the following stages until validation:
entry of the bank card in the case of a guarantee or prepayment request, consultation and acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale relating to the service(s) and, finally, validation of the reservation by the customer.
Acknowledgement of receipt of reservation
The booking tool acknowledges receipt of the customer's booking and confirms it by sending an e-mail without delay. The confirmation of the booking by e-mail summarises the contract offer, the services booked, the prices, the conditions of sale relating to the tariff selected and accepted by the customer, the date the booking was made and the address of the establishment to which the customer may submit any complaints.
Payment
Payment can be made online or by transfer to the Host&Co account before your arrival
Deposit
A deposit of 1000€ must be paid at least 7 days in advance by credit card or into the owners' account “Les Villas de Régis et Lisa” BE7600 1912 1414 95 and will be returned at the latest 14 days after the client's departure.
Damage noted at check-out, failure to comply with the gîte's internal rules (e.g. sorting rubbish) and excessive consumption (e.g. recharging an electric car) may be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions depend on the accommodation you have booked.
Right of withdrawal
You are reminded that, in accordance with article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance, the customer does not have the right to cancel in the event of a reservation for :
accommodation other than for residential purposes (e.g. holiday accommodation),
transport
car hire,
catering and services related to leisure activities.
Respect for your privacy
We collect your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679)(‘GDPR’).
The personal data you provide to us is necessary to process your booking and is essential for the management and provision of services (article 6.1.b of the above-mentioned Regulation). For these purposes, your data may be transferred to our partners, including in particular Elloha.com, which manages the booking tool, online payment service providers and service providers established in third countries. In particular, when paying online, the customer's bank details must be sent by the payment service provider to the establishment's bank in order to execute the booking contract. We only use partners who guarantee a level of protection that complies with the principles set out in the GDPR.
With your consent, your data may also be used by us to send you promotional or commercial offers by e-mail or post.
We keep your data for a period of 3 years after the last contact (e-mail, reservation, etc.).
As the person whose data is collected, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, as well as the right to object to the collection of your data. These rights may be exercised by sending us an e-mail, stating your surname, first name and address as well as the subject of your correspondence.
Complaints relating to the collection and processing of your personal data may be addressed to the competent supervisory authority.
