General Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all online bookings made with our establishment.
Host&Co is the rental agency acting as an intermediary between all sales platforms: direct website, Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.
The client acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions. No booking can be made without the client’s agreement. The client has the option to save and print these general terms and conditions.
**Offers**
All our advertisements, web pages, and offers are created in good faith based on the information available at the time. Maps, photos, and illustrations are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual. They may be subject to change before the finalization of the booking. The client authorizes us to correct any obvious material errors in the information provided.
**Prices**
The prices displayed at the time of booking constitute the price of the stay, including utilities (water, electricity, and heating).
Cleaning is mandatory and costs €60
Any excessive or abnormal consumption (e.g. electric car charging) may result in additional charges. If you charge your electric vehicle without prior authorization, an additional €25 per charge will be applied.
Cleaning refers to standard cleaning. If the accommodation is not left in reasonable condition (disorder, unseparated waste, unwashed or unput-away dishes, etc.), an extra fee may be charged.
A security depositmust be paid by bank guarantee or bank transfer to the following account:

A tourist tax of €3 per person must be paid by credit card or bank transfer to the same account.
Bed and bath linen is provided at a price of €10/person and is compulsory
The client authorizes us to correct any obvious pricing errors.
**Booking**
The client chooses the services presented on our various online platforms. They acknowledge having read the nature, purpose, and booking procedures of the available services and having obtained all necessary and/or additional information to make an informed decision.
The client is solely responsible for the choice of services and their suitability for their needs; we cannot be held liable in this regard.
The booking is deemed accepted by the client at the end of the reservation process.
-**Booking Process
Bookings made by the client are confirmed via a rental agreement or a booking confirmation voucher (depending on the sales platform used).
The booking is considered final upon receipt of the confirmation.
Before making any booking, the client undertakes to provide all necessary information and guarantees the truth and accuracy of the data supplied.
Once the client has made their final selection, the booking procedure includes the following steps until validation:
* entering credit card details when a guarantee or prepayment is required,
* reviewing and accepting the general terms and conditions of sale related to the selected service(s),
* and confirming the booking.
**Booking Confirmation**
The booking system acknowledges receipt of the reservation and confirms it by sending an email without delay.
The confirmation email summarizes the offer, the reserved services, prices, applicable terms and conditions accepted by the client, the booking date, and the establishment’s contact details for any complaints.

**Payment**
Payment must be made online or via bank transfer to the following account before arrival:

**Security Deposit**
A €200 deposit must be paid at least 2 days before arrival by credit card (bank guarantee) or bank transfer to:

It will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure.
Any damage observed during check-out, non-compliance with the house rules (e.g. waste sorting), or excessive consumption (e.g. electric car charging) may be deducted from the deposit.
**Pets**
Allowed but maximum one pet.
**Cancellation Policy**
The cancellation terms depend on the accommodation for which the booking was made.
-**Right of Withdrawal**
In accordance with **Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law**, if the contract specifies a particular date or period of execution, the client **has no right of withdrawal** in the case of bookings for:
* accommodation for non-residential purposes (e.g. holiday rentals),
* transport,
* car rentals,
* catering or leisure-related services.
**Privacy Policy**
We collect your data in compliance with the **General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)**.
The personal data you provide are necessary to process your booking and to manage and deliver the related services (Article 6.1.b of the aforementioned Regulation).
For these purposes, your data may be shared with our partners, including **Elloha.com**, which manages the booking system, online payment providers, and service providers located in third countries.
In particular, during online payments, your banking details must be transmitted by the payment provider to the establishment’s bank for the execution of the booking contract. We only use partners who guarantee an appropriate level of protection in accordance with the principles set out in the GDPR.
With your consent, your data may also be used by us to send you promotional or commercial offers by email or post.
We retain your data for **three years** after the last contact (email, booking, etc.).
As a data subject, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, as well as to object to its processing.
These rights can be exercised by sending us an email stating your full name, address, and the purpose of your request.
Any complaints regarding the collection and processing of your personal data may be addressed to the competent supervisory authority.
