General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all online bookings made with our establishment.
The client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms. No booking is possible without the client’s agreement. The client may save or print these terms and conditions.

Offers

All our advertisements, web pages, or offers are made in good faith based on available information. Maps, photos, and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual. They may be subject to changes before finalizing the booking. The client authorizes us to correct any obvious material errors in the information provided.

Prices

The prices displayed at the time of booking constitute the total price of the service sold. Any additional fees are clearly indicated before the service is booked.

The rental includes utilities (water, electricity, heating). Excessive or abnormal consumption may incur additional charges. Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price.
The jacuzzi is available ans included in the total price.
A security deposit of €500 is required, payable by credit card (bank guarantee) or by bank transfer to Host&Co account BE02 7320 5852 8740. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure if no damages are observed.
Tourist tax of €2/person/night is payable by credit card or bank transfer to Host&Co (unless already paid online).

The client authorizes us to correct any obvious pricing errors.

Booking

The client selects the services presented on our online channels. They acknowledge having understood the nature, destination, and booking conditions of the available services and having requested and obtained any necessary additional information to make an informed reservation. The client is solely responsible for choosing services suitable for their needs; therefore, our liability cannot be engaged in this regard. The booking is deemed accepted by the client upon completion of the booking process.

Booking Process

Bookings made by the client are confirmed via a rental agreement or a booking confirmation voucher (depending on the platform used). The booking is considered final upon receipt of the confirmation. Before booking, the client must complete all necessary information and certify its accuracy. Once the final choice of services is made, the booking process includes: entering a credit card for guarantee or prepayment, reading and accepting the terms and conditions of sale, and final confirmation by the client.

Booking Confirmation

The booking tool acknowledges receipt of the client’s booking and immediately confirms it via email. The confirmation email summarizes the contract offer, reserved services, prices, applicable terms, the booking date, and the contact address for any complaints.

Payment

Payment must be made online or by bank transfer to Host&Co before arrival: BE02 7320 5852 8740 - BIC: CREGBEBB

Deposit and Tourist Tax

Security deposit: €500, payable by credit card or bank transfer (Host&Co BE02 7320 5852 8740 - BIC CREGBEBB), refundable within 14 days after departure if no damage is observed.
Tourist tax: €2/person/night, payable by credit card or bank transfer (unless already paid online).

Pets

Maximum 2 pets on request. Price: €15/animal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the specific accommodation booked.

Right of Withdrawal

According to Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, if the contract specifies a date or period of execution, the client has no right of withdrawal for bookings of:

Accommodation other than for residential purposes (e.g., holiday rental),

Transport services,

Car rentals,

Catering and leisure activities.

Privacy Policy

We collect your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) (“GDPR”).

Personal data provided is necessary for processing your booking and for managing and providing services (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR). Your data may be transferred to our partners, including eviivo (booking tool), online payment providers, and providers in third countries. Bank details provided online are transmitted to the establishment’s bank to execute the booking contract. We only work with partners ensuring GDPR-compliant protection.

With your consent, your data may also be used to send you promotional or commercial offers via email or post.

We retain your data for 3 years after the last contact (email, booking, etc.).

As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, and the right to object. These rights may be exercised by emailing us with your name, address, and the subject of your request.

Complaints regarding the collection and processing of personal data may be addressed to the competent supervisory authority.
